GENERAL QUESTIONS

Can I change my order?

Once items have been purchased, unfortunately we are unable make changes to your order. However, please email us at [email protected] and we will try to accommodate your request. 

Are the items Unisex?

Yes, all of our items are unisex. You can find size advice on the product page.


PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards as payment.

Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

No, you do not need a PayPal account. There is an option to “Pay by Debit or Credit Card” through the PayPal link, which will place the order through PayPal without you needing an account. 

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?

One you have placed your order you will receive your confirmation within a few hours. If you have still not received true confirmation email after this time it may be that your order has failed to process or you may have entered the incorrect email address. If you are still having issues please contact us on [email protected] and we can check it out for you.

How do I use a promotional code?

To use promotional codes enter the code at the checkout screen. The discount will then be applied to your order. 


SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We currently ship globally.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Our items are sold as time sensitive pre-orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks before your items are shipped. You will receive an email updating you when your order has been dispatched. 

Once your item has been dispatched the expected shipping times are as follows:

UK shipping - within 2-3 working days.
European shipping - within 4-6 working days.
Rest of the world within - 7-8 working days.

Please note during the pandemic and around busy bank holiday periods slight delays may occur.

How do I track my order?

We currently do not offer tracking on our items. If you wish to have your item/s shipped with tracking, please email us at [email protected] for more details.

Can I change my delivery address once I’ve placed my order? 

Whilst this is not advised, with the nature of our items being pre-orders, we may be able to accommodate your request to change the delivery address. If you would like to request a new delivery address, please email us at [email protected].

Do you offer fast shipping?

We can accommodate faster shipping, however this is a premium and will be reflected in the price. price. If you would benefit from fast shipping, please email us at [email protected] for more details.

Postage is too expensive is there a cheaper alternative?

We can also accommodate a cheaper method of shipping, however delivery times will be dramatically impacted. If you would benefit from a cheaper shipping alternative, please email us at [email protected] for more details.


RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns. More information can be found on our Returns Policy page.

How long do I have to return items?

14 days from the date you receive your item/s.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately we currently do not have the capacity to exchange items. However, let us know via email what item and size you would like to exchange to [email protected] and we can try to accommodate your request.

Are returns free?

We are currently unable to offer free returns. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we have received your items and approved your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
